They were a dream to work with up until we made our reservation. A week after paying our deposit, they charged us for the entire fee (even though pickup wasn't for another 3 months, and we were repeatedly told by Jorge that we would pay our driver!!!). Jorge wouldn't return my calls after that. I managed to get through to agents two other times and they both told me that there must have been a billing mistake and that either a supervisor or the billing department was going to call me back. It has been a week and yet I've heard nothing. I have called multiple times per day since then.

Do not use this company.
