I had to ship my brand new 2014 car cross country and since my dates were flexible I had enough lead time to do a thorough research. I requested quotes from well known companies such as United Van Lines, UPS, and from others well recommended such as Passport Transport (previously owned by Fedex), McNutt Transport and High End Transport (also recommended by a Lexus dealership). All of these brokers provided quotes, some extremely high but most were reasonable, for an enclosed transport. However, customer service was poor, as it was next to impossible to get in touch with the company once the quote was given. This was not the case with High End Transport, a company that provided a fair quote and, above all, excellent customer service. I was very jittery and Krissie answered with infinite patience and professionalism all my inquiries. She was available even on weekends, from the moment she provided my quote to the actual delivery of the car! I chose High End Transport because customer service was excellent and the company clearly works with chosen carriers that are very professional. In my case, Moses, owner/operator was knowledgeable and drove cross country without a hitch. Kuddos to High End Transport on the excellent management of their company. I would recommend them without any caveats.
