The most important thing to me is that High End representative Krissi was ALWAYS there and available whenever I called her before, during and after the transportation of my vehicle. Everything worked exactly as she said it would in terms of pickup; contact with driver and drivers contact with me. The driver delivered my vehicle exactly when and where he promised to. I gave the driver an advance notice that he may not be able to get his truck in my subdivision with sharp curves, round-a-bouts and narrow street. We agreed and met at a shopping center parking lot 2-3 blocks from my house. Randle, the driver, was there waiting when i arrived. The car was in good shape and safe. Randle was professional and cordial. Together he and I walked around and examined my vehicle to insure everything was o.k. I would recommend High End Transport for a smooth, seamless, worry-free transportation experience.
