We purchased multiple vehicles from a dealership in Kansas City and had them shipped to our home in Michigan. Unfortunately they were damaged in shipment (something impacted the windshield of one of the cars during transit and glass shards flew back and damaged the others). I realize that accidents happen but was hopeful that under the circumstances the shipper would follow through and make things right. The process took some time (paperwork- estimates- insurance adjuster review) but High End Transport did a good job and made sure that we were treated fairly. Emily was really helpful and did a great job of communicating and shepherding the process through to completion. It's good to know that if something does go wrong the company will follow through and make things right.
