This company had very good customer service up until the point when they charged my credit card in full for service they never provided. A day after I placed the order with them, they called and told me the vehicle would be picked up Friday of the same week. It never happened. They also disconnected the telephone number they called from only a week later. They have never returned one phone call since, and emails to their customer service person "DeAna" , all bounce back as "no such user". When I miraculously got a hold of a person on the telephone several weeks later (David in Dispatch), I was told that the driver did not pick the vehicle up because it had a camper pop-top, and they did not know that. This was a strait out lie, and I could hear the fumbling in his voice and explanation. The order that I placed with them clearly states that my vehicle has a "Pop-Top Camper". Also, any driver would have made contact with the person at the pick up site, which never happened. On top of all that, David in dispatch continued to tell me that another driver was going to pick the vehicle up, again on a "Friday", and low and behold... it never happened. This company is not legitimate, all of their claims are false. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

THE CAR WAS MISREPRESENTED TO SALES PERSON. WE SENT A DRIVER OUT AND THE CAR WAS INOP AND OVERSIZED. THEY ARE AT FAULT
