THE CLIENT WAS NOT RIPPED OFF. HE WANTED HIS CAR DISCOUNTED. HIGHLINE EXPAINED TO HIM THAT IF THE QUOTE WAS REAJUSTED IT COULD TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. HE GOT UPSET AND WE CHARGED HIS CARD BACK AFTER TWO WEEKS. WE HAVE TRANSPORTED OVER 18 THOUSAND CARS IN 2007. WE CANT MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY BUT WE TRIED.
