Hilton does it again

Overall it is a positive review. It is also a mix, because Hilton is only a broker, so as the customer you end up dealing with both the broker and the actual truck company contracting from Hilton and then the driver.

The money is clearly split between the broker $200 and $850 to the truck driver upon delivery; the former can be done via CC and the latter is COD or Money Order.

In brokering, Hilton provided good service; phone would often be busy but the calls were returned promptly. Both agents were polite and helpful.

Jordan Transservice provided the actual service. The car was picked up 4 days late from the initially discussed and agreed upon date, but fell into my flexibility limits and the price regulated interval. I was also assured by Hilton that they would have found someone else if I had been pressed on time. Jordan TS lacked communication promptness but would respond and give accurate info when called.

The car arrived one week later, certainly all in dust and streaks, but otherwise in fine condition. The truck was clean and the driver was a nice guy.
