Through miscommunication (I will admit to some of the blame) we all thought my car had already been picked up before the truck broke down. We killed a few days waiting before it turned out that the car had not been picked up and Nicole quickly helped get another truck on line to get the car.

The actual shipper she used (DAK) was quick and delivered the car reasonably close to the day and time they projected, and the car was in good shape. My biggest complaint was about the driver, who wanted me to pay him in CASH, despite my having already purchased a certified check (as per his company's instructions). We worked it out: I got the car and he took the check. I would NOT recommend DAK but would HIGHLY recommend Hilton Transport.
