Service was better than expected

I wanted to ship my car from Chicago, IL to Los Angeles, CA. I chose Hilton because of the good reviews found on this website and because Hilton auto was located in Torrance, CA.
Now Hilton does not do the transport themselves, rather they arrange for the necessary pickup and drop off through companies that do the actual transport.
The pickup was on time. The car was delivered to Los Angeles, way ahead of time - in just 4 days. Now that became a problem for me as I was planning to be in LA 6 days after I shipped the car and was expecting the car to be in LA in about 7-10 days. Since the car was delivered ahead of time coupled with with the Thanksgiving holiday resulted in the car being at the storage facility for a week and the parking charges increased the overall cost. Now that's definetely good service but much better than needed!

Overall, the car was in the same condition in which I had it pickup in Chicago, except it was a lot dirtier, which is understood considering the 2000 mile transport in an open truck.

Pros
- Good service, rather great service,
- pickup on time, drop off on time
- Car delivered without any damage

Cons
- no tracking system to check the progress of your car transport.
- a little expensive compared to other vendors available, but i guess the good service makes up for it
- Delivered before time!!, now that's not really a bad consequence but it did turn out to be one for me.
