Good service, will likely use again

In a nutshell they delivered what was promised, I got my vehicle and all was good. And although everything didn't happen in the way I would ideally want it - the result was more than good enogh, and I am a happy customer. Nobody is perfect and some of the things below are to be expected.

I was a bit disappointed that they couldn't meet the originally quoted price, but I can't hold that against them as my initial request and details weren't perfect either. After that Nichole worked with me to find another truck and the result was acceptable.

My only (very minor!) complaint is that at times I had troubles getting a hold of someone at the company, but I can understand that as they're likely a busy one. Nichole was quick to return my calls, and email communication was prompt. (by the way - I prefer email for non-urgent stuff and questions, and this worked out pretty well).

Other than that - it took almost two weeks from me placing the order until I got the vehicle, which seemed like an eternity to me :)
Next time I'll make sure to arrange the transporation a few weeks in advance.

I wish to thank Nichole one more time for the good service!
