First let me say that Nichole totally bailed me out of a jam! I was initially signed up with another company who totally dropped the ball and wouldn't even answer my phone calls. In a panic I called Nichole who always picked up and started doing the research on the spot. She was able to coordinate a pick up and delivery in no time and everything ran as smoothly as it possibly could have. This is not a big company that gives you the run around. This is where you go if want personalized attention from someone who truly cares and really wants to help you out with what can be an otherwise challenging process of transporting a car. Bottom line, I'll never use anyone else and will encourage everyone else to go with Hilton! Thanks Nichole!
