CAR SHIPMENT DETAILS:

I had my car shipped with Hilton Auto Transport from Southern California to Washington State.
This was my first time shipping my car and I had no issues. Delivery pick up and drop off were on time. As for the condition of my vehicle, there were no dings, scratches or added mileage. It was exactly the way I left it in socal. The outside of my car was dirty due to rain and dust but I gave it a good wash and it was back to its shiny self.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Nichole at Hilton Auto Transport did a great job in handling my car shipment. She was able to secure a transport on short notice. From the day I called to she was able to ship my car 3 days later. Nichole was very helpful with my many questions I had regarding auto shipping since this was my first time shipping a car. She was very responsive via email and phone. Once my car was picked up I was confident that my car would be handled with great care and it was.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

Great customer service and car delivery.
I picked this company because of their A+ rating on the better business bureau(bbb.org).
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their car shipped.
