The whole process, what Hilton does is excellent. Nicole selectively picks only the best people and does not take anyone else The carriers were very friendly, reasonable and nicely communicative. This was both departure and arrival carriers. Arrival carrier took the liberty to take semi truck with 2 car cargo loading rear equipment in a very narrow apartment complex to meet - almost risking own truck accident. Destination carrier waited 1/2 hour as I was at work.
Very top rated, you can not go wrong. Nicole is very friendly, upfront on all pricing and gives excellent customer service.
