Nichole provided outstanding service. I had to transport my daughter's car from NJ to CA and had no idea how to arrange this. Nichole was very prompt, gave me great information and made all of the arrangements. She was extremely responsive to all of my questions and took responsibility for each step of the process. She followed up on each step of the way.
The cost of the transport was far less than having my daughter drive herself or having someone drive the car out west and matched or beat anyone else I could find.
The driver made a very careful inspection of the car and was very accommodating with the luggage in the car. We met in a nearby shopping center parking lot without a glitch. The drop off arrived equally on time and without any problems. No scratches, no dents, no problems.

I would highly recommend Hilton Auto and Nichole. She runs a very professional business and takes personal care and pride in her operation.
