Overall great and reasonably priced service. Anytime I had any question Nichole was able to answer it for me. I have a lowered vehicle and she gave me a piece of mind that it will be able to go up on the carrier (for anyone else looking, she stated that the cars lowest point must be greater than 5 inches). Everything was done in a timely manner as well. Went from LA to Seattle in about a week, cost was $600 in an open carrier. Would use her service again.
