People, please, learn from my mistake, and DO NOT use Hilton Auto Transport. I will NEVER use them again, or recommend that anyone does. I contracted them to pick up an 2004 Dodge Neon in NC and deliver it to MN. When I originally spoke with Nicole, she said they'd pick it up within 1-5 days, and then it gets delivered in 3-5 days. This was for a quoted price of $610, door-to-door. So a week goes by and nothing has happened. Since I had not heard anything from her, I call her and ask whats going on. She says thay're still working on it, and she'll call me back as soon as they get someone to pick it up. Nicole tells me it's hard to get someone up to my place, which is 2 hours north on Minneapolis/St.Paul. So I give her an address in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area where the car can be delivered. Another 5 days goes by without hearing anything. It's now been 2 weeks since the car was available for pickup. She says they're having trouble finding a driver to pick it up. I said, "Well then why did you tell me you'd get it in 1-5 days?" She **assummed** they could get it in 1-5 days, but since she's just a broker, she has no for sure pickup times. So I raise the price by $100 because I'm sick of waiting. So it's now up to $710. Keep in mind my original quote was $610 door-to-door, now it's $710 and getting delivered 140miles from my house. Wait a couple days, nothing. So since I still haven't heard from her(because she never called to give me an update) I call her again. She says she's trying to get someone to pick it up, but is still not finding anyone. I again, raise the price by $90 because I NEED to get my car here. So now the total is $800, and it's still being shipped 140miles from my door. Another 3 days goes by and I said forget it. I found someone else to transport it for me since it's been 3 weeks and Hilton still hasn't even picked my car up.

The bottom line, Nicole is only a broker, and makes promisses on assumptions. I was told pickup would be in 1-5 days, it's been 3 weeks and nothing yet. What a joke. My car should have been here over a week ago.

We are sorry that this car would not move! We work hard to move all of the orders we take! We did try and work the order out but we are sorry and do hope this customer can move his car! We are a good broker and do not claim to know it all! We at Hilton Auto Transport are Brokers! We let all of our customers know how we work and what we do!
