Last month I had occasion to ship my very reliable 10-year old "second car" to my daughter in California. Since I had never shipped a car before (nor knew anyone who had) I first looked through the transport reviews, and was struck by the number and positive tone of the many reviews for Hilton Auto Transport. I contacted Nichole and discussed the timing and other details with her, during which she answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. She then located a carrier and gave me a two-day pick up window for later that week.

The car was picked up on schedule, the transport driver was knowledgeable and courteous, and the car was delivered comfortably within the time frame Nichole and I had discussed. Although one of the license plates had been somewhat mangled, the car itself was apparently not damaged, nor did this affect the operation of the car. Given my initial concerns about what might happen to a car on a
trip across the U.S. on an 8-car carrier, this seemed relatively inconsequential!

Nichole even followed up with me to see how everything had gone, which I thought spoke well of her dedication to providing good service. My daughter will most likely be shipping the car back to me later
this year, and I do plan to use Nichole and Hilton Auto Transport again at that time.
