I searched for a bunch of companies online and ended up with Hilton transport and another company being the two I thought offered the best possible service. It was Hilton's AA rating with the Better buisness bureau that was the deciding factor. Boy am I glad.

Nicole contacted me a few days after I put in the request and asked if I had decided. I explained that I hadn't, and she put in her pitch for why we should choose her company. She wasn't the lowest price, but as the old saying goes...You get what you pay for.

What was even greater was the professionalism of the transporter. He called us a few days prior to the pickup date to confirm the date and set up a location for us to meet. My wife brought the car to the location and the driver offered to throw away the trash bag that my wife forgot to throw away. It's the small things that make the experience all that better.

As we were driving out there a few days after he had left, he arrived in California before we were able to get out there. I thought that it might cause an issue and force us to trek the rest of the way without making our tourist pit stops, but we were pleased to learn that the driver was willing to work with us and deliver it to one of our friends at the destination. Don't know whether that's typical or not, but we were sure glad that we didn't have to rush.

Overall, we were EXTREMELY pleased with this service and had no complaints whatsoever. We plan on moving cross-country again in thenext 2 years and we will definitely be choosing Hilton Transport.
