I wrote a review a few weeks ago based on my experience with this vendor. My vehicle had arrived damaged (minor) from the transport company that was sublet to do this move. I was contacted by Nichole after this review was posted. I sent in two estimates for my damages as requested. I was willing to settle for the lower amount just to have closure in this case and felt it was enough to have my vehicle repaired. She attempted to contact the actual transport company (MRV of Glendale, CA) and they kept on giving her the runaround. They told her the "check was in the mail" on numerous occasions and even gave her a bogus check number that was allegedly mailed out. In the end I got stiffed by them as they never paid. However, I WAS refunded my brokers fee in full, by Nichole. It took a while, but all I ever wanted to do was be compensated for my damages. So I give credit to Nichole for refunding my fee. I will continue to put in as many complaints as possible about MRV Transport of Glendale,Ca as they are not reputable. Always make sure to try and obtain info about the actual transport company (BBB helps) before deciding on who to use. It kind of stinks to have to go through this.
