Nichole at Hilton is an absolute pro. The transaction was simple, the driver polite and professional, and my car was ready for pickup upon arrival in Minnesota. I was even permitted to place a fairly heavy box of personal items in the back. The price quoted never changed, and from what I have read that is NOT a common experience in this industry. Kudos to Hilton for keeping it transparent and trustworthy!
It's so nice to have my car and my stuff intact and ready half-way across the country!
