I placed my order via fax on a Sunday afternoon after reviewing a number of quotes and comparing the ratings of the respective brokers on this site. I had a few questions, so Monday morning I called Hilton to check whether they'd received my order and to ask my questions. When I called it was about 7:00am at their location and Nichole was just coming in to the office. She found my order and answered my questions immediately. Within about two hours, she called me back to tell me they had a driver in the area that could do the pickup on that day. I made arrangements with the dealership from which I purchased the automobile, and the driver picked it up that afternoon. Nichole told me the driver thought the car could be delivered as early as the coming Friday, and it was actually delivered then.

After placing the order I learned that I was going out of town on business, so I wouldn't be at the delivery location when the car was delivered. Nichole helped me make arrangements to have someone else take the delivery, and that worked flawlessly.

The carrier selected by Hilton did a fine job and was a pleasure to deal with. They did not harm the vehicle in any way during transport.

The entire process from order placement to delivery went far better and more quickly than I dared to hope.

Overall, I found Hilton Auto Transport to be very competent and responsive. I feel that I got top-rate service, and their price was the lowest by a significant margin. I will use them again if I ever need to transport another auto.

I also know that since they don't actually have control of the various transportation companies they use, they don't have complete control of the transportation process; they can't force a carrier to be willing to transport the vehicle. Had my origin or destination locations been different, it could have taken considerably longer for Hiton, or any broker, to find a carrier to transport my vehicle. Given the scope of what Hilton does, I think they do an excellent job of it.
