I needed to move a '61 Cadillac from Santa Cruz CA to Denver CO with very short notice. After contacting Nicole, I received a call-back about 20mins later saying that she'd found someone who could pick up that day, and hold it in Denver for me 'til I arrived for no extra charge. Worked out great at both ends.
