All in all the service was okay by Hilton, but the driver was unable to deliver the car in the window he said he would. Our car was located behind several other cars, and he had to drive to several states in the Northeast past ours to take other cars off before he could deliver ours. It was a little frustrating, but worked out in the end.

The drivers are late at times but this order was kept up to date and take care of from the start untill it was deliverd! Drivers can be late but we do our best to work with the time frame we are given!
