I rate my overall experience with Hilton as quite satisfied. I had my BMW 325i delivered from Silicon Valley to Boston. It did arrive on-time or even early with no damage.

Nichole is very efficient and helpful from prividing the price, arranging the pick-up and estimating the duration of transport. I called several transporters/agents with good reviews, Nichole's price is the among the lowest. For pick-up time, she did help me to arrange within a week, which is quite amazing. The driver then called me and asked to pick up the car one day earlier, which I eventually agreed. It did cause a little trouble for my last day of stay in the Silicon Valley. The drivers on both ends are quite nice.

One thing I am not that happy about is that Nichole can not provide me an electrical copy of the invoice.
