Hilton get's high marks from me. I shopped the network for a competitive carrier and Hilton beat the competition's price by a significant amount in every case. The service actually exceeded my expectation. Nicole was friendly, professional and responsive. Although I wasn't in a big hurry to have my car picked up and delivered to Florida, I was surprised when Hilton was able to pick up my vehicle within 48 hours from placing my request. What's better, the 7-10 day promised delivery time took only 5 days. My car was picked up late on Friday and was delivered to my front door in Florida by mid day on the following Tueday. The driver was also friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again when the need arises. Thanks for a great job Hilton!!
