This is the first time we have shipped a car. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of communication we had with Nicole at Hilton and the driver. Nicole patiently walked us through the process and provided frequent updates. She was able to schedule pickup the same week as our request. The driver accomodated our availability for pick-up times on the day of the shipment and called well ahead of his arrival at the destination. Our car was inop - a 67 Mustang - and it was able to be loaded/unloaded by the driver. I would easily recommend Hilton to a friend.
