Choosing a carrier was daunting- so many horror stories. This carrier had a low price and the best BBB ratings. From the time I contacted them the service was excellent all the way to delivery. It was picked up exactly on time. There was an informal estimate of delivery dates, and it arrived exactly on the first day. Had it detailed before and it was delivered in excellent condition. No truck parking available on busy delivery street, so car was driven right up to the apartment.Nichole was prompt, friendly, and responsible. I would give them an A+.
