I was anxious about this experience but it all turned out OK. Nichole was friendly and efficient when I inquired about the cost and details. I had called other companies but her response gave me confidence to entrust my car to their service. The cost of $850 seemed fair. I was given a three day window to pick up the car. The driver called the afternoon before to let me know what time he'd be there. The next morning he again called to let me know he'd pick up in an hour. And there he was right on time and very friendly. Six days later he called to say he'd be here the following morning and again with an hour notice I arrived at the Sam's parking lot to find my car ready to go.
