Nicky was our Customer Service main contact. After our initial arrangement, Nicky promptly called few days befor to check/confirm the initially agreed pick up date. Nicky was helpful and easy to work with to reschedule as I have to reschedule the initial pick up date. Nicky called back few days prior to the pick up date to check if everything is fine.
The driver had a delay in meeting the agreed pick up date, however promptly advised us about the delay. The truck was well maintained and the driver was knowledgeable and friendly.
Overall the price charged is not the cheapest, but very sensible and reasonable for the overall good experience we had from the whole experience.
