had to ship a non-running car from Washington to California and was quoted a competitive price which was even adjusted down to be $900 even during our conversation. Nicole said she will try to find a shipper at this price - and if not maybe bump up the price slightly.
Within 5 minutes of our initial call, she called back saying she found a shipper. Car was picked up within 3 days of initial call. The driver called me directly and I had his phone number to make delivery arrangements. He delivered on a Friday pretty late at night but he had asked if that was ok with me otherwise he would show up the next morning - was no problem for me and delivery went without any problem.

This was the first time I am using a shipping company and I very much liked Nicole's personal effort to make sure everything is fine. Very honest and great service.
