We moved from San Francisco to Seattle on July 05 and used Hilton Auto Transport to transport one of our cars. This was our very first time shipping a car and we couldn't be happier! The customer service and all the phone calls were very friendly, Nicole is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and hundred percent honest. Our car was picked up within the promised time period and delivered it right on time. They picked up from our door, with a small truck and delivered the same way, which was one of the best features of their service : most companies charge extra for door to door plus they come with the actual carrier which is huge of course, which would have been a problem in our narrow street. The drivers both picking up and delivering were so nice and friendly, it really felt as if our car was the only one they were handling, it felt like private service just for us. When delivered, the car was in the perfect shape. It is VIP service from start to finish, and all that for the BEST rate we could find. We talked to many companies before deciding to use Hilton, and what a good decision it was.
Now, we are moving back and we are using Hilton again. Figuring out how to ship the car was one of the most stressful things about our move last time but not this time ! This time one phone call did it all. They remembered us right away and took care of everything within minutes. We have the piece of mind knowing our car will be in good hands and it will be picked up on time, and delivered safe and sound.
