I would not have went with anyone else!!!!

The very first time I spoke with Nicole she was so nice and very honest about everything from the price to the day of drop off. When I called her and explained my situation to her. I was going to go with AAA auto transport (Bad Move) I called the beginning of June to get the car sent to me they took all my information and quoted me a price of $600.00 now I thought this was too good to be true in the first place.......and it was I never got a follow up call, and when I call them the avoided my calls I know this because one day I called and Jordan answered the phone and said "Hello Tawona" and I thought "so you do have caller ID" They can see when your calling and if they promised you something such as a pickup date or a called back and know they can't deliver They will just simply ignore your call. Well this went on for about three weeks, mind you I have never had to have a car shipped before but people that I have spoken with that have stated that it is common to have to wait for a shipping date but three week was just outrageous. I finally got wise and went with Hilton and she was soooo sweet and sympathetic to my situation I could not have asked her for more professionalism or honesty. Not only was she able to get me a reasonable price but she was also able to get my vehicle moved that very day, and the driver was so sweet and polite, did not mine me calling him to check his location. He calls when he was two hours away, taken very good care of the vehicles on his truck. I observed him checking the position of every vehicle with care. He did not know I was watching and that made it all the better. I would recommend Hilton to anyone if you looking for a company go with Hilton I'm sure you'll be satisfied!!!!!!!
