what a breeze!!! if all businesses worked the way Hilton does, life would be smooooth!!!!!!!!!!! the web-site is easy to navigate. i chose to call and spoke with the owner, nicole, who set everything up [pleasantly, courteously, efficiently]. the driver contacted me the night before pick up and and arrived at 6:15am the next morning...in time for me to get my mother's car on-board, drive her [in my car] from madison to the milwaukee airport for her 9am flight to CA. i even got to work an hour earlier than planned! The driver was really nice to my aging mother and she felt like her car would be well taken care of--it was! arrived on-time, clean, no damage. THANK YOU NICOLE HILTON!!!!!!
