What a great first experience transporting a car we purchased on the internet. I was very nervious about the whole thing, but Nichole at Hilton was very good about explaining the process. I felt very comfortable dealing with her. Other transporters I called sounded more wrecker dealers on the bad side of town as opposed to the friendly and helpful attitude from Nichole. You can really tell where the priority is in their family owned business.
Hilton quoted a great price and stuck to it. Better than that they were able to deliver outstanding service and confidence. I was really surprised to see how fast they found a truck to pickup my newly purchased car, and the people they used were even able to take care of a little purchase snag with the seller for me. To top it all off my new car shows up right in my driveway days before I expected to even see it.
I will certainly use Hilton for my next auto transport needs.
