The overall experience with Hilton Auto Transport was very good.

Hilton had a quote to me within hours of the request. Hilton's quote was very reasonable compared to the dozens of quotes received from competing companies. While Hilton's quote was not the least expensive, they were the least expensive BBB accredited business with an 'A' rating. Other quotes that were less than Hilton's only came from companies that had very poor BBB ratings or that had their accreditation revoked. Be sure to check a business' BBB rating on the official BBB website and ensure it matches what the company claims - Hilton's does (A).

The reservation process was very simple and Nichole herself was very friendly and helpful. The auto shipper Hilton used was very professional - both their office and the driver himself.

I has a 2009 Mercedes Benz shipped and it was delivered in perfect condition for the exact price quoted. There were no hidden fees or charges.

I would definitely recommend Hilton again as well as use them again.
