This is my first time having a car shipped and I was not sure what the process was. I called several transport companies and finally after speaking to Nicole at length decided that Hilton Auto Transport was the way to go. She was not pushy, like some of the other companies I spoke to and fully explained the process to me. She told me that it would take about a week before the car was picked up and a week to get to my house after the car was picked up. Since we were not in a hurry that timeline was fine with me. I did tell her that the sooner I got the vehicle the better though. The same evening that I completed my reservation I got a call from nicole saying that if it was convienant for us the driver could pick up the car the following Monday, 3 days after I made my reservation. I was estatic. When the driver came to pick up the car the seller was not ready to release the car (the $ had nit arrived yet) The driver patiently waited and was able to get the car the next day. Nicole kept me informed every step of the way and I was happy to hear from her on Thursday... she informed me that my car would arrive the next day. Wow three days after pick up. The process was great, the driver took great car of my car, and Nicole made this experience a most enjoyable one. I will use Hilton Auto Transport again!
