Nichole cheerfully and efficiently helped us arrange a pick-up around our rather complicated schedule, (which had seemed virtually impossible when we had talked to other transport companies.) She was a pleasure to work with (another unusual feature of this company, in our experience.) She made it all seem simple, then followed through to make sure it was carried out!
