I talked with Nichole from the first call to the last call her knowledge of the business was above par.
Nicole went to a level of service that you don't find in most companies. She was on the ball when I gave her the planed pickup date and when that day changed to a earlier than planed date she was even better.
From my experience I will highly recommend Nichole and Hilton to everybody out there. I had dealt with one other company before Hilton and had got ripped off by them so was taking causation in my dealings with new companies. Nichole like others was very understanding like the rest but she was the one that went to the next step in telling me how to get my money back.
