Great response time, good service

The cost of taking a running 2003 Ford Taurus from Birmingham to Raleigh was $446, the lowest rate from a reputable company.

Nichole was able to find someone well ahead of schedule. The driver wasn't quite what I expected. I have used another company in the past (they cost more for this trip), and their driver seemed much more professional; that made me nervous.

The trailer was only made for 3 cars, and the two already on there were junked, forcing the driver to drag one of the cars up the ramp using a winch so that my vehicle could be driven on; he didn't know how to override the transmission lockout. It took at least an hour. Since he didn't leave the engine on his truck running, he killed the battery because of the the winch and I had to give him a jump with the vehicle I was transporting.

Despite my fears, the car arrived on schedule and my son was happy with it. Nichole was very conscientious about following up.

Overall a good experience, if a bit nerve-wracking.
