Nichole offers the best customer service! We have never shipped a car before. My son is in the Marines and needed his car shipped. I called Hilton and Nichole arranged for a pickup the next day. We were told that the car should arrive by the following Wednesday (it was picked up on Tuesday late afternoon.) My son took delivery Monday night. There was some slight damage at the time of delivery it apparently happened during the off-loading and because the e-brake wasn't working.(It wasn't working when we shipped it- had nothing to do with the tranport) Nichole worked with us and the trucking company and we received payment in full for the damages without having to go through insurance. They just paid cash. Nichole above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We would definitely use Hilton Auto Transport again. Customer service AAAA+++++++ something that seems to be lacking in today's age, but not with Nichole. Thank you, Nichole!!!
