I contacted Nicole for the second time. First time for transport of another car from Las Vegas which North American Auto transport had problems picking up. I received excellent service on the first job and saw no reason to change. She stated that it might be a few days to get a transport for this vehicle so close to the year end . This was fine with me I was in no rush.
Wednesday December20th she called me to let me know that she had a driver who could pick up my car on Thursday December 21,2006. She gave me his phone # and stated he would deliver the vehicle either Friday or Saturday. The driver picked up the car on Thursday and I contacted him he had a couple of deliveries to make ahead of me . As I was working Friday and Saturday and would have to leave work to accept the car I would need to be notified when he was in my area so that I could take as little time off as possible.
He callled me when he was about 18 miles from my home . I left work, came home , unloaded the automobile and and returned to work in one hour and 25 minutes. I had a 20 mile drive each way.

This is the way things happen when you are dealing with a class organization.
