I used this company because of their high rated reviews and BBB high score. I was told that the car was going to be picked up within the week... unfortunately 2 weeks went by and NO DRIVER! When we called Nichole, she immediately got working and had the car picked up same day. I feel that if I had called earlier to let her know the car wasn't picked up; it would not have been picked up so late. Nichole was super nice, friendly and didn't make me feel like they were too busy for me. She even called on Easter Sunday to confirm my order in the beginning. The take away message is that I think this is a company that CARES about their customers and does their best as a middle man to connect you to a truck driver.
