Hilton Auto Transport

I shipped my truck from Washington to Indiana via Hilton. I chose them mostly based upon the reviews on this site, as well as the competitive price.
Although I initially had some difficulty getting through to them (kept getting voicemail), I did get a call back from Nichole. She was very friendly, and made sure I had gotten quotes from other companies. She also met the price of their quote generated online, even though my truck is a very late-model vehicle.
Nichole actually had a transport available within the next day or so, but held out for another carrier because the one first available has been slow lately. I appreciated that. The carrier assigned to my transport was Odyssey Truck Lines. Andy from Odyssey was very friendly, stayed in touch, and was very straightforward.
There were some minor issues, but nothing we couldn't work through. At first he almost lost the keys, but found them wedged into a chain on the truck. Then the truck was unloaded in Chicago in -0° temps and wouldn't start, which almost cost me $85 to have a tow truck load it back up. This was a little frustrating because it was running, but in weather like that what can you do? When he got it to my destination, however, it jumped and started just fine, so he did not charge me. The truck was dirty, but he drove through some serious snow to get it to me. In fact, he was earlier than promised, which was pleasing.
In all, I would use Hilton again for brokering my transport, if needed, and I would use Odyssey again for the transport if they were available. I've dealt with some real jerks in the moving industry, and although this is a little different, it was pleasant.
