Nichole was sometimes very busy, sometimes it was not easy to reach her. But overall she obviously cares about her business and her customers very well. She explained to me everything I wanted to know. She answered my phone calls even after she suppose to be responsible. She helped me to arrange picking up my car on time frame that was convenient for me (for that she even had to change a car carrier company for me). Even though I had many doubts and worried about my car and everything, she assured me that the company that she assigned to me is very reliable and explained how most of these ratings (good or bad, including BBB registration) are made. Indeed, the car movers delivered my car safe and sound, ahead of time. There were some issues with picking up meeting place, but the driver was very helpful and nice. Overall, I am glad with the service that I got both from Nichole as a broker, and a car movers of her choice (I believe, their name is CAA or something like that). Thanks!
