Great service from all - with some hiccups.
I made arrangements to have my mother's vehicle shipped from Florida to Washington State and opted for the 3-day fast pickup from21-24 Feb. Nichole quickly found one contractor for a 3-day window, but his vehicle broke down and he was unable to make the pickup. He did offer to fetch our vehicle and hold it until this rig was fixed, but we opted out of that offer. Nichole then found another contractor who was part of a team driving crew and able to deliver sooner than expected.
The new window was 23/26/27 Feb (no weekend availablity). He scheduled pickup for the evening of the 26 but arrived on the 27th and was unable to bring the rig into her neighborhood due to the narrowness of the road and ditches. He parked down the road and she took her van to him. The two-man driving crew actually lived in the same city as the delivery city and made the trip in 5 days. When we went to pick up at a pre-determined location, they allowed us ample time to view the vehicle (it was dark and we went to a shopping complex with lights) and when we determined the cashiers check was made out to the wrong company, they offered to return the vehicle first thing in the morning freshly washed.
I opted to use this company after reading these same reviews. After weeks of looking and reviewing endless paperwork/insurance/fine print intricacies of other companies, I figured the public reviews deemed trustworthy, especially if people draft their positive comments shortly after the trip. Unusual for customer service.
Overall it was a decent experience. Nichole and the team of folks at Hilton were quick to call back and answer any questions we had or make inquiries regarding the transport. If there was an issue, they addressed it at that time and kept us abreast of the situation. I felt comfortable using them and will do so again if needed.
