They picked up the car as they said they would and delivered it early, even though it was all across the country. The vehicle was undamaged and the truck that it was shipped on was modern and almost automatic. The only difficulty was my misunderstanding of how much stuff you could pack in a Jeep. We were able to resolve this easily. My advise is don't plan to put anything in your vehicle, except minor things weighing less than 150 lbs total. The driver was very good and found a location within 0.5 miles of our house, since he could not get his truck to our driveway safely. He called 24 hrs before delivering the vehicle and was where he said he would be at exactly the time he said. Nichole at Hilton was great and always seemed to be there to answer the phone and answer questions. The service was outstanding and the follow up was great. I'd use them again, I just wish they were in the freight business also.
