nichole was extremely helpful in terms of getting me great pricing and was able to get a driver to pick up my car on a very tight schedule.

overall i was very satisfied with the transaction.

the only hiccup was the driver communicated the wrong pick-up time so i had to wait 3-4 hours for him to pick up my car. i think he was stuck in LA traffic.... (ah, sigh!)
