I needed to ship a 2001 Toyota Camry and was very flexible about shipping dates - both cost and quality were very important to me. Hilton offered both. And Nichole's service was fantastic!

Nichole was one of the most helpful people I have ever interacted with. I peppered her with questions over two or three phone conversations BEFORE I committed to Hilton and she was very helpful and always courteous and had all the answers for me. She did not pressure me at all to sign up with her company. I wanted to find out if I could have it delivered before Christmas (without having to pay extra for it). She said she could not promise but was confident it was possible. Sure enough, within an hour of my signing up with Hilton, she had dispatched the vehicle and called me to assure me that it as a company she had worked with several times before (American Auto Transport) and she could vouch for them . It was picked up on Dec 15th, the first day I had listed the car would be available. The driver was very courteous, called me the previous day to confirm the time today and again reconfirmed an hour before the pick up time. He picked the vehicle up right outside my front door.

The car was delivered on Dec 22nd, as promised. Again, the driver called a day ahead of time to confirm the time and place of delivery. Just to be safe, prior to the driver calling, I called Nichole on Dec 21st to check on the delivery, and she immediately contacted the transport company and confirmed that the delivery would happen as scheduled.

This has been a very pleasant experience for me and I would use Hilton again without any hesitation if I ever need a car transported, and I strongly recommend Nichole to anybody needing their car transported - can't beat her for quality and price!
