I found Hilton through this website, and based on the very strong reviews, decided to go with them even though they were about $100 more expensive. Most other companies either appeared to have much lower ratings or a low number of respondents. I figured it's hard to go wrong when so many have already chimed in for Hilton.

Pioneer Auto Express turned out to be the shipper, and they did a pretty fair job. They came 1 day ahead of the pick up date, when I wasn't quite ready, and I had to reschedule with Nicole to pick up 2 days later. So we missed the scheduled day, which made me a little nervous because I was flying out a few days later. On the rescheduled date, I didn't get the call from the trucker, who turned out not to speak much English but was a nice guy. Nicole made a few extra calls on my behalf to make sure Pioneer came on the rescheduled date, which was greatly appreciated and certainly made me feel better. She was efficient and courteous throughout.

In the end, everything worked out to the rescheduled plan, and the car showed up 6 days later. It would have been nice if Pioneer gave me a few hours of heads-up time before drop-off which would have allowed me to plan my day better. I ended up picking up the car at work rather than at home. I would recommend Hilton to others and would use them again myself.
