They picked our car up from OR really quickly. I wasn't sure they had because I hadn't heard. I called and they looked it up for me right away. They only call if there is a problem. When they got here I didn't have a lot of warning so I had to run to the bank. Then, there were too many trees in our neighborhood so the driver couldn't get to our house. The reason I gave them an excellent rating is that the driver unloaded the car and drove it to our house himself! As, we could not go get it. The car was in good condition and they called to make sure everything went well. All in all a very good experience.
